Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for The Great Hall of Edwinstowe Hall, located in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Booking and Payment

• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and acknowledged in writing.

• The person making the booking must be over 18 and accepts responsibility for all party members.

• Payment must be made in accordance with the booking terms provided at the time of reservation (e.g. via Airbnb or direct booking).

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation terms may vary depending on your booking platform (e.g. Airbnb). Please check the policy specific to your reservation.

• For direct bookings, cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Within 30 days, refunds are not guaranteed unless the property is rebooked.

Check In and Check Out

• Late check-outs may be subject to a fee unless agreed in advance.

• Guests will usually be met in person on arrival and departure unless alternative arrangements are made.

Use of the Property

• No smoking is permitted inside the property.

• Pets are welcome with prior agreement, and guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

• Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight.

Damage and Security

• You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay.

• Please report any breakages or issues as soon as possible so we can make repairs.

Parking

• The Great Hall includes parking for up to 5 vehicles.

• Additional spaces may be available with prior agreement.

• Please park considerately to allow access for other guests and neighbours.

• The upstairs bedrooms are not recommended for children or elderly guests due to steep stairs.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and should supervise children at all times.

• Please inform us of any accessibility needs before booking so we can advise accordingly.

Access

• Guests have full, private access to The Great Hall during their stay.

• Access to The South Wing and garden is only available when both properties are booked together.

• Hosts reserve the right to enter the property during your stay in case of emergency or urgent maintenance, with notice where possible.

Liability

• We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence.

• Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.

Privacy

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.
